Complaint Handling Policy

Marketing Winners Pty Ltd has established, and will continue to develop, quality processes for the efficient acknowledgement and processing of complaints..

Managing our customer’s expectations realistically is Marketing Winners Pty Ltd’s goal. This involves the careful examination of each complaint and a resolution offered on the basis of that analysis.

To help in this process we request that customers notify us of any complaints in writing, by FAX or e-mail info@marketingwinners.com.au within 7 days of receipt of goods or services. Initial contact may be made through phone no. (07) 3341 9140.

Such complaints would be expected to cover, damage or loss in transit, and products not to specification.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, your complaint will be escalated to a supervisor or manager.

We will aim to acknowledge your written complaint within 5 working days of receiving it, and emails within 48 hours.
